Your email address, the profiles you create, and what you record in the app — including any documents you add and messages you send us. We also collect basic device and diagnostic information to keep the app working and your account secure.

Only to run Track What Matters for you — keeping your records, reminding you, signing you in, and helping when you write to us. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it for advertising.

If you turn on document reading, documents you add are processed by a trusted third-party AI service to fill in details for you. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and you can turn it off at any time. When you type a line into the Smart Diary, it is processed the same way so the app can understand it.

We use trusted providers for hosting, email, notifications, crash reporting, and sign-in with Apple or Google. They process data only to provide their service to us.

You can delete any entry or document, or your whole account and its data, at any time from within the app. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to hello@vydharbhi.com.

Track What Matters is meant for adults. Parents and caregivers may record information about their children within their own account.
