Twelve trackers, grouped across four areas of everyday life, are available now — with more on the way, shaped by the people using Track What Matters today.

Questions, answered

What is Track What Matters?

Track What Matters is a calm, private app that keeps life's important-but-easy-to-forget things visible — across health, home, money, and lifestyle — in one place. Instead of relying on memory, each thing that matters gets a simple system, so nothing quietly lapses.

What can I track with it?

Twelve trackers across four areas: vaccines, medicines, and menstrual cycles (Personal); food, water, and weight (Nutrition); warranties and AMCs, leases & rent, and insurance (Assets); and travel, subscriptions & memberships, and the Smart Diary — birthdays, appointments, routines, bills, and things to remember (Lifestyle). A Docs tab keeps the paperwork behind all of it in one place. More are on the way.

Which devices can I use it on?

Track What Matters runs on iPhone and iPad via the App Store, and on Android phones and tablets via Google Play — available now on both.

Is it free?

Yes — Track What Matters is free to use for now. As it grows more valuable, we may add paid options, but you'll always know what's included.

Is my data private?

Yes. Track What Matters is built privacy-first — no ads and no selling your data. The period tracker can be locked with a PIN, so what you record there stays private even on a shared device.

Do I need an account?

Yes — a free account keeps your records yours and in sync. Sign in with Google, with Apple on iPhone and iPad, with your email and a password, or just ask for a one-time code by email. After that, you can sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint. We use your email only to sign you in and send essential service messages.

Does it remind me before things are due?

Yes. Track What Matters tracks upcoming dates — vaccine doses, medicine refills, warranty, insurance, and lease renewals, subscription payments, birthdays and appointments — and reminds you before they're due, so small things stop slipping. A daily digest and a home-screen widget show what's coming up at a glance.

Can it read my documents for me?

Yes, if you turn it on. Add a warranty card or AMC contract, an insurance policy, a rent agreement or receipt, or a flight, hotel, or travel booking to Docs, and Track What Matters reads it and prepares the entry for you. Nothing is saved until you check the details and confirm. It's off until you say yes, and you can turn it off any time.
